Assessor
Brief Position Description
- Conducts comprehensive (biopsychosocial) assessments.
- Interviews client and collateral informants.

Brief Position Description
- Provides in-home/clinic-based/virtual intensive, therapeutic services to the individual based on therapeutic need at the time.
- Conducts therapy and/or counseling including but not limited to life management, anger and stress management, coping and grief management, anger management, separation issues, social skills building, life skills, etc.
- Provide assistance to assigned caseload in developing, problem solving and cognitive skills through the use of best/evidence-based practice modalities for therapeutic services.
- Ensure continued adequacy of the treatment plan.
- Leads the treatment team and works collaboratively to provide appropriate services to all designated family members.
